I'm two days away from my report deadline at work. More importantly, I'm 76 days away from vacation!!!

Day 86: March 27, 2011
2011 Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon
Mom's such a great cheerleader. She came with me and cheered me on as I crossed the start line.
I met up with an old running buddy, Joel, who paced me for the first 7.5 miles. We had a great run together.
Afterwards, my knees were burning. But I felt great that I accomplished my race goal and even set a personal record! Third half-marathon is the charm.
I had a great time. I'm already looking forward to running in this race again next year. It's a tradition now!

Day 85: March 26, 2011
I went for a short 30 mile bike ride before work Saturday. Hopefully this is the last Saturday I have to go to work this busy season!

I'm sure there's plenty of fishing in Heaven. I'll always be your little fishing buddy, as long as I never have to bait the hook. :)
