After 17 glorious days of Christmas vacation, it was time to face the music and go back to work this morning. As they say, all good things must come to an end. Luckily, it is a short work week for me, as I have Friday off for the Cotton Bowl!
Today marked the first day of 'busy season', a term in public accounting which basically means you'll work your butt off until your client files the financial statements in a couple months. For me, it is Day 1 of Busy Season, but more importantly, 66 days left until the end of busy season.
